2. Pricing and Payment

Our transparent, flat-rate pricing ensures there are no hidden charges. All applicable fees will be communicated to you upfront. Payment for our services is due upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

3. Storage Charges

• For Amazon FBA/FBM orders, the first 48 hours of storage are free. After this period, storage fees will apply.

• For 3PL (third-party logistics) orders, the first 7 days of storage are complimentary, with charges applicable thereafter.

4. Liability and Insurance

We take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your inventory. However, UA BUSINESS SOLUTION! shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of goods stored in our facilities. Clients are encouraged to maintain adequate insurance coverage for their inventory.

5. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice. Any outstanding fees must be settled at the time of termination. Remaining inventory will be returned or disposed of based on the client’s instructions.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation as per the governing jurisdiction.
